I’ve officially made the best spicy burger. EVER.

First of all, you’re welcome. Respect this burger and it — in kind — will repsect you as well.

The Bear-y Spicy Special © :

1.5 lbs of Ground Chuck (Makes approx. 4 patties)

  • Diced Chives
  • Crushed Red Peppers
  • New Orleans Cajun Powder

Mix above ingredients with the chuck and begin forming the patties. Proceed to grill those meaty mother father’s up to desired done-ness (yes, that’s a word. DON’T JUDGE!).

Then add condiments! I prefer monterey jack cheese with pickles soaked in jalapeno and pepper juice.
